The Wasco County Clerk is the chief elections official of the County. Our office prepares, coordinates and conducts all elections in accordance with election law, and maintains voter registrations and election statistics.

The Clerk's Office also records and preserves land records and liens; issues marriage licenses and domestic partnerships; is the liaison for the Statement of Economic Interest filing; and acts as clerk for the Board of Property Tax Appeals.

The County Clerk is not a part of the Oregon State Circuit Court System. For court related services, contact Wasco County Circuit Court at (541) 506-2700.
