Kai Hoff is excited to represent Wasco County Fair and Rodeo as the 2023 Queen! Kai is a lifetime resident of The Dalles, and is the 19 year old daughter of John and Laura Hoff. Kai graduated from The Dalles High School in 2022, and now lives and works in The Dalles. Kai is a genuine horse woman at heart, and has ridden and loved horses since she was a toddler. She participated in Wasco County horse 4H for 9 years, and has ridden in many local horse events, parades, and spent many hours of trail riding in our beautiful Columbia Gorge. Kai is known by friends as the “horse whisperer”. She has a natural ability with horses, and it shows in the many horses that she has owned, ridden and trained.
Kai is looking forward to the many events and opportunities to promote Wasco County Fair and Rodeo in 2023, and encourages everyone get out there and live life to the fullest and always dream big! And she will see you all this summer, on the rodeo trail, and at local events!
