Application Forms


On this page you will find the information and forms necessary to make an application for development to the Wasco County Planning Department.  Completed forms may be mailed to Wasco County Planning Department, 2705 E. 2nd Street, The Dalles, OR 97058. Applications may also be placed in the drop box located by the Planning Department main entrance door at this location.  All hard copy applications should be unstapled and include full payment by check or include a phone number that staff can call for credit card payment over the phone.  Applications can also be submitted electronically via email to: Once accepted, all land use applications are available to view on the Oregon E-Permit website.
