In partnership with the Oregon Health Authority, 211 is the go-to public phone number to get general info about Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). 211 can answer informational questions about; symptoms, prevention, transmission, treatment, travel health, animals/pets, and persons under investigation and/or monitoring. This service is available 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
