Wasco County Reappraisal 2019
If you receive a letter from the Assessor's Office regarding property tax reappraisal, this means that your property is within the reappraisal area for 2019. Reappraisal will allow our staff to update the property records across the county, area by area. The neighborhoods on schedule for this season are listed below. Site visits will begin soon and continue until complete. We cannot predict at what pace we will be able to complete this list, therefore we are unsure as to when we would be at your particular property. During reappraisal we complete an exterior observation only and you do not need to be home. We are unable to schedule appointments due to the number of properties we will visit.
