Wasco County GIS Prices

Wasco County sells its spatial data. We prefer to use FTP (or e-mail, if the files are small enough) for deliveries. There is a $5 shipping charge if you require delivery by USPS.

 We require payment in advance from organizations and individuals the GIS Division has not previously conducted business with. Payment may be mailed to:

 Make checks payable to "Wasco County GIS". We do not accept credit cards.

 The County Court has the authority to waive GIS fees as it sees fit. If you would like to follow that route, send a letter to the Court describing your organization, past projects, proposed use for the data, and local references, if possible. Links to web sites are encouraged. Explain why your organization should be exempted from the fees. Mail the letter to:

 You also have the option of appearing before the Court to make your case. Call 541.506.2520 to make an appointment.

The Court will inform both you and the GIS Division of its decision.
