Human Resources: Assist all other departments in: employment law, union negotiations, establishing policies, etc; hiring employees, orientation for new employees; establish and provide information on benefits to County employees.
Civil Service: Implement and provide services for the County Civil Service Act in regards to personnel administration.
Facilities: Maintain facilities owned by Wasco County.
Information Services: Provide technical support to County Departments
